Galician chef Manu Nuñez and Catalan Carles Ramón have teamed up to create a delicious restaurant that functions as a point of union between two seas, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Their recently opened restaurant Besta is a perfect place for those who value delicate, original and unexpected cuisine, and I was one of the first to try it!
